In the event that a cancellation becomes necessary, we request a written notice to be provided. If a cancellation occurs within 30 days before the scheduled event date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted amount will be payable. In the unfortunate circumstance of a cancellation within 15 days before the event, we require 100% of the quoted amount to be payable. This policy ensures that we can mitigate the financial impact of last-minute cancellations, as well as compensate for the loss of potential bookings during this time period.
